1 room apartment of 36m² in London

I’m moving out of my lovely studio flat in Brixton and am looking for someone to take it over. Although it’s technically a studio, it doesn’t really feel like one- it’s spacious, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. You’d also have your own private courtyard with garden furniture, as well as access to a shared garden with the neighbours. I’ve hosted birthday gatherings and drinks outside during the summer and it’s always been really lovely. It’s a great area with friendly neighbours. The other residents in the building are mostly young professionals and people are generally quite open to chatting and socialising. The flat comes fully furnished with everything you’d need: a bed, sofa, wardrobe, washing machine, air fryer, kettle, toaster, tv etc. There are actually two wardrobes, so there’s plenty of storage. It’s about a 7-minute walk to Brixton tube station, the gym is around 5 minutes away, and the building is gated at the back so it feels very secure.
