A large, homely and spacious self-contained studio with private en-suite wet room, available Monday to Friday only, and ideally suited to regular commuters or contractors seeking a comfortable weekday base for several months or longer. The ground-floor studio benefits from its own private side access (one step up), offering privacy while remaining part of our family home. The room comfortably accommodates one person and includes a living area and practical workspace, making it ideal for weekday living. Located in Bromley, the studio is exceptionally well placed for commuting into London, with fast train links providing approximately 25 minutes to London Victoria and around 30 minutes to Blackfriars. There are also multiple bus routes nearby, making travel in and around the area easy and convenient. The studio is well equipped for weekday stays, featuring a comfy sofa and armchairs, a small table suitable for laptop working or dining with two chairs, Netflix, a games cupboard, and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. A small fridge and microwave are also provided. Please note the annexe does not have a kitchen sink; however, we are happy to replenish crockery and cutlery during the week — no washing up required. This accommodation is best suited to professionals, commuters, or contractors looking for a peaceful, reliable Monday to Friday arrangement. We live in the main house and are usually available during the week should you need anything. The property is very well connected for weekday commuting.
