1 room studio of 10m² in London

This is a lovely studio flat available for 2 nights a week. It is situated midway between Angel (Northern Line) and Highbury and Islington (Victoria Line) stations, a few minutes walk from Upper Street. There are also numerous buses into central London and it is very convenient for Eurostar. The flat has a new kitchen and bathroom, and a sofa bed. It overlooks the garden and is incredibly quiet. The kitchen has all mod cons - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, halogen cooker. There is wifi. All bills are included. It is a pied a terre for us and we use it mainly at weekends, so it would be all yours during the week.
