The exposed brickwork both adds warmth and a chic modern look. While most sofa beds are uncomfortable and require muscle to operate, we use the innovative Clei bed system from Italy. Supremely easy to operate, the sofa and double bed are both geared towards your comfort while the ability to fold the bed away ensures that you optimise your space. Watch your favourite programmes on the large smart TV, from the comfort of your sofa or while waking up in bed. In the kitchen you will find all the gear you need to sharpen your culinary skills. The oven, hob and fridge freeze are all newly installed, meaning stress free cooking during your rental period. There is a small built in desk and stool, ideal for a laptop or makeup station and ample wardrobe and cupboard space. The chic, modern bathroom has been newly refurbished and offers a walk in power shower, separate hand shower and underfloor heating. Our apartments are fully serviced and the weekly rent includes all utility bills (electricity, gas and water), TV and free WiFi. A weekly cleaning service can be arranged by separate agreement.
