My home is easily accessible via the ferry from Amsterdam Central Station to NDSM. I live here with my daughter and our medium-sized dog Bruno. We rent out a basement with its own entrance / front door (see photo), its own kitchen and bedroom. The studio has connections for both hot and cold water. PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom is shared and is on the 3rd floor. The first room of the studio is a bedroom with a double bed, and the other room is a kitchen. Both rooms are simply but practically furnished. Kitchen has all the necessary necessities: small fridge (without freezer), induction plate, pans, kettle, plates, cutlery ect.. The height of the basement is 195cm. The renter may use one of our bicycles, but is responsible for the maintenance. Registration is possible.
