1 room apartment of 32m² in London

We're looking for a person or couple to sublet our lovely flat in New Cross Gate while we're abroad for a few months. Dates are flexible but we're hoping to sublet it for at least 4 months between March and September. Please reach out if you're interested in just three months as well, as we will consider that too :) A few details: - Bills are around £250 - Big and lovely garden - 4 minute walk to New Cross Gate Station (very reliable Windrush Overground line and trains to London Bridge) - 5 minute walk to a big Sainsbury's, B&M and Tkmaxx and short walk to Telegraph Hill Park. - Very quiet. - Very warm in the winter and cool in the summer. - Lovely neighbours. - Most of the storage will be free, there will be a lot less stuff than in the pictures hehe. - Fully furnished and equipped. - Free parking on the whole street.
