Welcome to your new home in Bow! I'm travelling for a month and looking to sublet my place for the month of December. The flat is available from 8 December to 3 January. Open to full month (£3000 pcm) or weekly (£750 pw) sublets with a minimum 2-week term. I moved in recently so the house is still being fully furnished. The dining room will have a new table, the kitchen a breakfast table, and all rooms will have rugs. Absolutely no additional furnishings will be considered from potential subletters. The house itself is a lovely and quiet place to live. It's a 5-min walk from Victoria Park, probably the most beautifully kept park in London. Every store imaginable is to be found on Roman Road, 30 seconds away from the house. Hewlett Road is quiet and residential, I never have any issues. This sublet is ideal for a couple with a child, a solo professional (like me!), or a couple/group of professionals. You will also be a grown-up, who knows how to take care of and respect a house like this. It is not suitable for parties or students. Given the short term length, pets will not be considered.
