Cozy, bright summer studio with kitchen & bathroom. You have two windows on both sides of the studio (maximum sunlight), once view to the green & once to the street. The hallway is spacious to hang all your suits/dresses. The apartment is on the third floor. Large subtropical garden with a Japanese pavillion, sun deck & large swimming pond (12m x 6.50m x 3m deep) with lots of fish, frogs, dragonflies, (plastic) crocodile. Here is a short vid of the flora & fauna. The neighbors in the house come from all walks of life: Irish chef, Kashmiri business pychologist, German-Hungarian janitor, Norwegian equestrian, English graphic designer & Portuguese clinical assistant. There is a communal kitchen on the first floor of the house, where you can cook as well...as you wish. Location The studio is located between the districts Deutz & Kalk. S-Bahn station "TRIMBORN STR" 1 minute away--> takes 4 min to main station or 9 min to airport. A3 / A4 slip roads within 3 min reach. Shopping & restaurants are within minutes walking distance. Additional person is 200€ surcharge per month. Bedding / bike / car can be rented. Washing machine / dryer are usable with coin machines in the basement.
