Short-term sublet of entire 1 bed flat I am renting a 1-bed flat with a garden and off-road private parking (big enough for an L1 van) I’m working away over summer so looking to have someone sublet for 1-2months from 2nd week of June. Would rather wait for the right person so not in a rush to fill. Open to couples or single occupancy. I would love to find someone who will take care of the place and my plants. Majority of things in bedroom will be in storage. Rent is 875pcm and with bills in total comes to about 1,100 for a single person.
