Peacefully situated and 5min to public transport (U6 and Sbahn station Floridsdorf) that gets you to city center within 15/20min. Since it's on the 4th floor the living room and kitchen get flooded with light in the morning. It's a peaceful area. It's also only a 10min walk to the old Danube river where you can swim in summer. It's very safe and very clean water since no commercial ships go on this arm of the Danube river. In the surrounding area you have multiple grocery stores, pharmacy etc. anything you could need for your immediate needs within a 5-10min walk. Please be respectful with my curated furniture and art pieces. The workdesk is a height adjustable desk which can als be used as a standing desk.
