It is located on the 2nd floor, has large windows to the garden with sufficient daylight and a nice large balcony with a view of the greenery. The transport connections are ideal: you can be home from the city centre in 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by train or bike. The nearest S-Bahn station is Maarweg, line 1. All shopping facilities are within walking distance, from organic food shops to supermarkets, from furniture shops to flower shops. You can park nearby, but not in front of the house. We have a bicycle stand in front of the house for bicycles and you can park your car nearby.
