As we’re heading off on a family world trip starting in autumn 2025, we’re looking for a mindful and reliable subtenant – or a couple – to care for our beloved apartment in charming Nienstedten from November 4th, 2025 to January 26th, 2026. Our home is located on the first floor of a peaceful three-unit house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac – just a one-minute walk from the Teufelsbrück ferry stop. The Elbe riverbank, Jenischpark, and cozy cafés are just around the corner. What awaits you across 100 sqm (approx. 1,075 sq ft): Spacious, light-filled open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen Comfortable bedroom with a large window and tranquil ambiance Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, plus a separate guest WC Private parking space directly in front of the house Most windows face south towards the Elbe, bathing the apartment in natural light throughout the day and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Important to know: As we will store some personal belongings in the children’s room, this space will not be accessible during the sublet. However, the rest of the apartment – fully furnished – is available to you with joy and trust, secured by a fair deposit. Please note that pets are unfortunately not allowed (per agreement with the owners). The listed rent is a warm rent, covering all utilities (electricity, water, etc.).
