Hi all, Maybe someone looking for a short let? My flat available for short let From 26th March! It is top floor flat 10min away Liverpool street station by overground(cheaper than bus apparently!) and main buses just around the corner. You can't ask for better connection to the city :) At the same it is next door to the marshes and also the canal for great walks. There's also Horse Riding School near by and loads food&drink places around. ( from visitors side - TimeOut has loads suggestions..) It is quiet place as it is a top floor (with great views to the city(Canary warf, Shard, all those..!)) and next to the marshes and fields. Has just one side wall with my amazing neighbor. It is super bright as it has several skylights and also it offers completely private space as it doesn't face to any neighbor around. Flat is recently refurbished and has all modern appliances installed (like usb sockets etc:), wood flooring and tiles in wet areas. It has very good connection to Stansted airport with connection to Liverpool street you can be in one hour running every 20min. The building is very secure and has 24/7 CCTV with responsive management. The shared areas (flat is on 4th floor, and no lift unfortunately). Price is slightly negotiable.
