1 room apartment of 54m² in City of Edinburgh

I'm heading off abroad for two months for Feb and March and looking to return to this flat, which I current live in by myself. 1600 per month (gas/electric not included; everything else included). Would suit someone just landing in the city and looking for their longer term place. The flat is lovely and the living room and views from the front windows especially are really nice. Ideal location for the university, or any part of the centre of Edinburgh. Other things: You can use residents' parking if needed. We'll need to do a basic reference check with the property managers (tbc), but otherwise we'll keep things as low effort as possible; i'll give you the keys and collect them back. I'll take the first month rent in advance for security.
