Please note that the flat was one of the Landlord’s remaining empties this year (2025), and the rent was reduced to £2840 (£710 per person) per month, exclusive of bills. If a group wants to take the flat “now” until Summer 2026, the rent stands at £2840 per calendar month. If a group wishes to take the flat from Summer 2026, the rent will return closer to market value at £3300 per calendar month (or £825 per person per month), which includes water rates, but excludes other bills. There is a small drive for cars at the front of the property, which is a free perk for tenants only, upon sight of a V5 Certificate. “If you 100% wish to proceed” (please read): In the first instance, the Landlord requires a £100 Holding Fee from each Individual.
