The flat is unfurnished so that you can create your personal home with your own furniture. The flat comes with a closet. In the kitchen, you will find a fridge and a stove. Dishwasher and washing machine are not included, and there is no plumbing to install these either. However, you will have access to the common laundry room in building 5.
