1 room of 13m² in London

My home is a maisonette spread across two floors. The bedroom you would occupy has a double bed, a sofa, wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside cabinet, 2 chairs and bookshelves. You would share my bathroom, garden and kitchen. The room is available for four nights - Monday to Friday (and five if required). It would be preferable if there was no working from home as I often work from home too. It is a comfortable, clean and stylish home. Happy to negotiate and discuss further. The nearest station is Nunhead - 8 minute walk. This goes to Victoria and the other line goes to Luton, Peckham Rye station is about 13 mins away. I use both stations. The Peckham Rye station also has the Victoria and Luton line, plus it has a ten minute train to London Bridge and the London overground - a selection of four lines. You can also get to Clapham Junction from Peckham Rye and travel West. There are many buses that take you into town, central, east and also West. Nunhead lies in a triangle with Peckham and East Dulwich. Peckham Rye Park is two minutes away, and there are many shops, bars and restaurants and other amenities. It is an area with a little bit of something for everyone.
