4 rooms house of 240m² in Bucharest

This is not an area of the city that we find many (if any) homes that we feel are a good fit for our clients. Crazy considering that it has a well regarded private British school in the neighborhood (ISB). Perhaps things will change for the better soon? Anyway, this house we like a lot because of the abundance of natural light, the condition of the garden and the way the house works as an indoor-outdoor balance. We also like the materials used and the smart split. Do wish there was a garage, but many other things to like including; under floor heating, quality of the materials, the glass enclosed solarium, the closed community, etc., etc. Layout as follows; ground floor holds the living room and dining area, a good-sized partially open kitchen, a study/guest bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On this floor is the master bedroom with a very nice bathroom and good closet space. The two children`s bedrooms share one bathroom. In the mansard, above on the top floor, is a thirty square meter open space great for a play room. No garage, but space in the courtyard for a car. ISB (International School of Bucharest) is (according to Google Maps) a six to twelve-minute drive. House is in a closed mid-size complex of similar houses. On a lake.
