Winter rental Price per Month 15th Dec 2026 28th Feb € + bills ( per month) Price per Month 1st March 2027 30th April € + bills ( per month) During the winter months we rent out our beautiful villa with views of Benitachell, Javea, Moraira and a piece of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in a quiet, well maintained and in the evening well-lit urbanisation Residencial Los Molinos II. The distance by car to Javea's promenade and El Arenal beach is 15 minutes from our house. There is a cosy coastline with palms, restaurants, terraces with a wide beach on a heavenly blue sea. By bike it is no more than 25 minutes. The old and congenial centre of Javea with its extensive clothes and food market on Thursday mornings is a 20-minute drive away and also a 20-minute drive are the beaches, promenade and the town of Moraira, with a great market on Friday mornings in the large car park upon entering, with the tastiest grilled chicken. Denia and its beautiful wide beaches are a 40-minute drive away from us and Jalon with its distinct Saturday morning flea market is a 30-minute drive away. In short, we are right in the middle of beautiful towns, villages, beach life, urbanisations and all surrounded by hills and forests. So after a full day on the beaches, terraces and/or markets, it is great to chill out on our terrace with its beautiful views. From our house there are walking routes over the hills with vineyards (a lovely winery with terrace and small restaurant at 10 minutes' walking distance), forests and beautiful views culminating in the view of the Montgo mountain ( the resting elephant with long trunk) against which Javea with all its neighbourhoods and villas nestles. Our villa has three bedrooms and integrated air conditioning. A large double bedroom on the first floor with private bathroom, wardrobe space and a large balcony with views. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with a bathroom adjacent to the spacious hall. The living room is bright with large windows, comfortable sofas and dining areas and the covered terrace with seating and large dining table and BBQ is adjacent. In and around the house are all kinds of seating areas where anyone can retreat with a book or their mobile phone. The kitchen contains everything you could possibly need and we believe you will have a wonderful holiday here.
