PRICING Prices start from £3,195/month, with an additional £300/month covering all utilities (including council tax, water, electricity, Wi-Fi and TV licence) and monthly housekeeping. BUILDING This brand-new, design-led project features a curated collection of styled studios thoughtfully designed, along with a host of shared spaces for creativity, connection, and calm. High above it all, a 10th-floor lounge invites you to cook, dine and socialise, featuring terraced balconies where you can enjoy the panoramic views of the London skyline. For ease, treat yourself to a bite to eat at our Canal-side restaurant, brought to you by the team behind Bar Crispin and Bistro Freddie. Relax along the water's edge with a seasonal menu of modern European sharing plates. An additional Ground Floor bar provides a coffee fix and grab-and-go food throughout the day, and dimly lit cocktails in the evening. COMMUNAL SPACES The building holds a beautiful array of creative rooms, including a Listening Lounge and a Cinema Room. 'Subrosa', a state-of-the-art recording Studio on site, calls creatives and makers to enrich the cultural fabric of the space. The spaces facilitate a selection of cultural events; creative workshops, book launches, supper clubs, as well as guided excursions to connect and explore our beautiful city. The Grounding brings wellness into the rhythm of daily life, with inclusive access to the pool, sauna, steam room, and gym - all part of your monthly rate. Design has been at the forefront of this space, and light wells posed above the pool bathe the space in natural sunlight. There is a weekly programme of affordable wellness classes from reformer and mat pilates, through to yoga and sound baths. On move-in, you are offered a complimentary wellness review by The Groundings expert team to help you reflect, reset & outline your individual goals. For personalised training, on-site PTs are available to book at your convenience. A Treatment room with full list of treatments to book, promises total relaxation. THE BEST IN HOUSE STUDIO Home-from-home, beautifully furnished private studios with everything you need included in one monthly bill. Our Best-in-House studios are particularly special, offering the largest private studios in the building with separate sleeping and living areas along with some of the best views. Each studio features a bespoke double bed, complete with a comfy Hypnos mattress and luxury bed linen, giving you the perfect place to relax and unwind. There's also a fully equipped kitchenette with top-of-the-range appliances, including a microwave oven, countertop hob, and fridge/freezer, so you can cook up a storm. Our en suite bathrooms all feature powerful waterfall showers, fresh towels, and organic, vegan, sustainably sourced shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for you to enjoy. On top of that, there's a Smart TV for streaming, super-fast WiFi, and air conditioning. You'll also benefit from monthly studio cleans, where we'll refresh your linen and towels and top up your bathroom products. OTHER STUDIO CATEGORIES - Classic Studio: is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, featuring all the essential amenities for a relaxing stay, including an en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. - Classic Plus Studio: Enjoy all the features of the Classic Studio with a little extra room to unwind. - Classic Biggie Studio: One of our big and beautiful studios, with a sofa included and a generous layout. Ideal for couples or keep it all to yourself. - Accessible Plus Studio: Like all the others, have everything you need but are just a little more spacious. All are wheelchair accessible; with larger bathrooms and assistance rails should you need them.
