The spacious balcony is perfect for enjoying the weather and offers a great view. The apartment is very bright and also very warm when the sun shines. Of course, the rental price includes WiFi, electricity, heating and caretaker service. Biweekly cleaning is also included in the rent. The apartment is located in beautiful Tempelhof, right next to the Alt Tempelhof underground station and a few minutes away from the Tempelhof S-Bahn station. Nearby bus lines, including one that runs 24 hours a day, can be reached in 3 minutes. Tempelhofer Damm offers plenty of shopping opportunities. The apartment is only being rented out because I will not be in Berlin for a few months this winter. Usually , the apartment is not available for rent.
