During the winter months, I am renting out a fully furnished, luxurious dream apartment on the fifth and top floor of a quiet building. The spacious balcony is perfect for enjoying the weather and offers a great view. The apartment can be rented either in its entirety (three rooms, kitchen, toilet and separate bathroom) or optionally with the living room and small room or with the living room and large bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need and more: in addition to extensive crockery, towels and bed linen, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher, there is also a dryer. The apartment is very bright and also very warm when the sun shines. Of course, the rental price includes WiFi, electricity, heating and caretaker service. Biweekly cleaning is also included in the rent. The apartment is located in beautiful Tempelhof, right next to the Alt Tempelhof underground station and a few minutes away from the Tempelhof S-Bahn station. Nearby bus lines, including one that runs 24 hours a day, can be reached in 3 minutes. Tempelhofer Damm offers plenty of shopping opportunities. The apartment is only being rented out because I will not be in Berlin for a few months this winter. Otherwise, the apartment is not available for rent.
