1 room apartment of 35m² in Berlin

This apartment is a newly refurbished self contained apartment in the heart of lovely Schöneberg. It has a single room room with a king bed, a modern kitchenette and bright shower room. The apartment complex is on private grounds with it’s own parking which operates on a first come first serve basis. Clothes washing facilities are shared in the basement but you are able to dry you clothes in your apartment. We provide a tv for use via wifi connection, however when you register your stay you will be liable to pay a tv licence in Germany, you will be sent an invoice every few months and it must be paid, this amount is non-refundable and is not part of the monthly rent. Small pets and children allowed You are 5 mins from the closest S Bahn which will connect you to the rest of the city. Weekly Cleaning of the apartment along with fresh bedding and towels are included within the price. Check in MUST be before 7pm Monday-Sunday
