4 rooms apartment of 110m² in Berlin

The house has two floors. We live on the ground floor which has its own entrance. Living room is quite big with a dining table. There is a L shaped couch which can also turn into a bed. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook a good meal. We have 1 bedroom with a big bed 180cm. The other bed is in the office room / guest room with a 140cm wide bed. My office room also has an electric standing desk. The other bedroom is a kids bed room with a single bed and toys. All the rooms, including kitchen and living room have doors. Living room and kitchen have access to the huge private garden. During summers we usually eat outside in the garden and have sofa's and dining table with sun umbrellas. There is also a sandbox and a little playhouse as well as a trampoline.
