2 rooms apartment of 79m² in Berlin

Enjoy the cozy almost 80m2 large charming building apartment with 3.50 meter high ceilings and stucco in living room and bedroom. The apartment is located in the quiet back house and only 20 min away from the city center and only 3 min to the nearest U-Bahn station. The apartment has a yoga corner, as well as a projector, for cozy movie nights. Additionally there is a height adjustable working station with two screens to greatly work from home. Besides the 1.80 meter bed in the bedroom, there is another 1.40 meter bed located at the end of the seven meter long hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with KitchenAid smoothiemaker & food processor. A few changes that are not reflected in the picture: we removed the make up table in the bedroom and added a second cupboard for our guests to store more cloths. We also had a few changes with our plants and welcomed new ones and we added a huge cozy carpet in beige in the bedroom. Additionally we have a diaper changing board for baby’s in the bathroom installed.
