Once ashtray is full, please empty it in the black bin which is on the side of the gate upon entry.Tampering with smoke alarms/ cameras/ carbon monoxide detector/ heat alarms or any other electrical devices pre installed can lead to up to a £1000 fine.Any property left behind by any guests would be disposed of. Please note, its the guests' responsibility to keep their property safe at all times and to take any belongings with them after checkout.
