1 room apartment of 77m² in Berlin

Hello! I'm subletting my spacious, peaceful flat in Lichtenberg while I am abroad. Original availability from the 2/12/24 until 28/01/25 but could be extended until the end of March. It's a quiet flat in the Weitlingkiez area of Lichtenberg, a family-oriented area so not the ideal flat for party people. There's central heating, underfloor heating in the bathroom, separate bathtub and shower, washing machine, kettle, and a fully equipped kitchen — plus a small wintergarden (not pictured). The Hof is kept by the neighbours and it's a nice area to hang out when the sun is shining. Internet is 10/10 since I work from home 🙂 5-7min walk from U5, S5, S7, S75, plus buses to F'hain and Kreuzberg in the area. You can be in either a forest or Alexanderplatz in 20 minutes! All supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute walk: Rewe, Lidl, Penny, Aldi, a big Kaufland and even an Edeka that's open on Sunday. Must love plants! They are very low maintenance, especially in winter, but it would be great if you can keep them alive. Price is per month 1250 EUR. Anmeldung not available since it's a short-term sublet.
