1 room apartment of 90m² in Berlin

English: We are subletting our apartment in a family-friendly neighborhood. Many playgrounds, coffee places, restaurants around. Also multiple movie places, yoga studios, etc. The apartment is suited for 2 adults + 1 small kid. We have a kids chair & baby bed & some baby toys if needed. Please see the photos and Neighbours in the house are calm and friendly. The street is very quiet. We have a spacious balcony. German: Wir untervermieten unsere schöne Wohnung im familienfreundlichen Friedenau. Hier gibt es viele Spielplätze, Cafés, Restaurants, auch mehrere Kinos und Yogastudios, etc. Die Wohnung eignet sich für 1-2 Erwachsene +1 kleines Kind. Wir haben einen Kinderstuhl und ein Kinderbett. Auch etwas Spielzeug für ein Baby. Das Haus ist ein ruhiges Mehrfamilienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Es gibt einen sehr großen Balkon.
