Cozy apartment (24m2) in Prague's hippest neighborhood, Karlín! Convenient location with the tram, subway, and tunnel to Zizkov only a 3-minute walk from your doorstep. Or simply walk to Prague 1, Namesty Republiky (20min) or Old Town Square (28min) on a nice day! There are also many restaurants, cafes, pubs, wine bars and grocery stores in the immediate area. Apartment has a private terrace for smokers, and is also across the street from a park. For business needs, a table/desk, 50Mbps wifi, and a comfortable work chair are all there. There is also a clothes washing machine in the apartment. Personal service and support provided by an individual owner living in Prague for 10 years. Unfortunately, I do not allow pets in the apartment.
