1 room apartment of 60m² in Berlin

English: I'm offering my beautiful, quiet, and very central 2-room apartment for temporary rental for November and December (actually from October 21st to January 2nd). A rental start date of November 1st is, of course, no problem. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything you need (I otherwise live here permanently): high-quality, new fitted kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, internet (VDSL 100), bathtub, etc. The building is located on a low-traffic street; the bedroom also faces the back, making it completely quiet. Here are a few key details: Rooms: 2 Living space: ~60 m² Apartment type: Apartment Floor: 2 Pets allowed: No Cable connection: Yes DSL: 100 download, 40 upload (very fast) Property condition: Fully renovated The building is a well-maintained period building on a low-traffic residential street, just a 5-minute bike ride from Potsdamer Platz. It takes exactly 3 minutes to walk to Gleisdreieck Park, and 5 minutes to the nearest subway and various shops. The apartment is well-designed, with the bedroom opening onto a quiet courtyard. New laminate flooring is in both rooms and the hallway. The entire apartment was recently renovated and features stucco ceilings in the spacious living room. Since this is a sublet, I would like to meet the subtenant in person beforehand – so please don't send inquiries along the lines of "I'm currently in Australia, but I'll definitely take the apartment." :-) German: Ich biete hier meine wunderschöne, ruhige und sehr zentrale 2-Zimmer Wohnung zur ZWISCHENMIETE für November & Dezember an (eigentlich schon ab dem 21. Oktober bis 02. Januar). Ein Mietbeginn ab 01. November ist natürlich kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was man so benötigt (ich lebe hier ansonsten permanent): Hochwertige und neue Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Fernseher, Internet (VDSL 100), Wanne etc etc. Das Wohnhaus befindet sich in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße; zusätzlich geht das Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus, so dass es komplett ruhig ist. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, das Schlafzimmer geht zum ruhigen Hof heraus. Neues Laminat liegt in beiden Zimmern und Flur, die gesamte Wohnung wurde kürzlich frisch renoviert und verfügt über Deckenstuck im geräumigen Wohnzimmer. Da es sich um eine Untermiete handelt möchte ich die/ den Untermieter:in gerne vorab persönlich kennen lernen - daher bitte keine Anfragen nach dem Prinzip "Bin zwar gerade in Australien, ich nehme die Wohnung aber auf jeden Fall". :-)
