English: Our lovingly designed apartment is located right in Friedrichshain – with the M10 tram just in front of the door. You can reach the city center in 15 minutes, or be in the lively neighborhood within 5 minutes. The apartment offers two spacious and bright rooms, a cozy fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom filled with natural light. There’s also a charming balcony to relax on. The interior is stylish, unique, and decorated with great attention to detail – a place where you’ll instantly feel at home. We both normally work from home and the internet is good in both rooms. We have a desk in the bedroom and one in the livingroom in case you plan to work from there. In the surrounding area you’ll find countless cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops, all within walking distance. The S-Bahn is also close by, so you’re perfectly connected. German: Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt mitten in Friedrichshain – mit der Tram M10 direkt vor der Tür. In nur 15 Minuten bist du im Zentrum, oder in 5 Minuten mitten im lebendigen Kiez. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei großen, hellen Zimmern, einer gemütlichen, voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen, lichtdurchfluteten Bad. Ein Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Einrichtung ist besonders, designorientiert und mit viel Herz ausgewählt – hier fühlt man sich sofort zuhause. Das Internet ist gut (wir arbeiten sonst auch beide von daheim) und es gibt einen Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer und einen im Wohnzimmer. In der Umgebung findest du zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die alle fußläufig erreichbar sind. Auch die S-Bahn ist nicht weit entfernt, sodass du perfekt angebunden bist.
