1 room apartment of 50m² in Berlin

English: I subrent my apartment from january to may since I'm out of the city for work :) The location is very close to the Ringbahn and S+U Frankfurter Allee (U5, S41,S42, M13 tram) so very convenient location Close by you have all the supermarkets Rewe, aldi, edeka and Kaufland Every 2 weeks a cleaning lady will come to the apartment :) She will have a key but if you feel uncomfortable with that we can communicate about it and see if there's another way or to not have her at all during that time. German: I subrent my aparment (2 rooms, a sleeping room and living room with kitchen and a big table) from January 2026 to May/June 2025 Its close to the ringbahn S41, S42 and U+S Frankfurter Allee (U5) and the tram M13. Very convenient location and close to every supermarket Rewe, Edeka, Aldi and Kaufland. I will be out of the city for work :) Every two week a cleaning lady will come but this is just optional. I prefer someone who is neat since it is my private home and I am just out of town temporary :)
