Spacious ground floor apartment with shopfloor windows and a connected basement floor. Bedroom 1 to the backyard, quiet. The piano is in working condition and tuned. Bedroom 2 is dedicated for occasional guests only. The laundry room with the washing machine, dryer, and cleaning equipment is adjacent to bedroom 2 (pictures to follow). You will be located in the middle of the Akazienkiez, a vibrant neighborhood with stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries. Surprisingly, the apartment is very quiet due to its setting in a small lane without any through traffic. All necessities are within walking distance: 5 minutes to the metro station Eisenacher Strasse and buses on Hauptstrasse. Several super markets and food shops in walking distance. Right next door is a nice playground for children with table tennis and a small soccer field (hard top). The Wartburgplatz (a small park with a very nice playground) is two blocks away. "Die Schlange", a basketball court, is about 10 min away. For runners: the Volkspark, a longer park, is about 5 min of running away. There is a bench outside the apartment that can used for having a coffee or tea.
