1 room apartment of 60m² in Berlin

The apartment is one of two apartments in a two-family house in Köpenick. Since the bathroom is still being renovated until the end of May, there are currently no meaningful pictures. But to the essentials: The apartment has a small garden. It is currently partially furnished; wardrobes, a bed, and a kitchen including a kitchen cabinet are available. There is an induction hob but no full oven, just a mini-oven. The furniture can also be cleared out, oooor we can furnish a bit more. In our basement, we still have some classic IKEA shelves and a few other pieces of furniture and furnishings. The apartment consists of a large kitchen, directly connected to an equally large living room, a bedroom, and a walk-through room to the bathroom. The bathroom is currently being renovated and will be completely new upon move-in. I would wish for relaxed, open, respectful, quiet (don't worry, I can live with loud music :)) neighbors with whom I can chat casually when we meet, but who also know how important it is to give each other space. A little about me: I'm Lucas, 33, I work in the PR department of a large, sustainable research institution and do science communication there.
