Fast Wi-Fi is available. The building is located in a very quiet area, directly adjacent to the Spree. It's perhaps a 3-minute walk to the water. Forests are also nearby, maybe 15 minutes on foot. The beautiful old town of Köpenick is also about 5-10 minutes walking distance. A bus stop is 2 minutes away by foot, and the nearest S-Bahn [urban train] station is S-Köpenick (S3), which provides direct connections to the city center (Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße, etc). The S-Bahn Schöneweide towards Neukölln can be reached by bike. There's a Kaufland [supermarket] in the immediate vicinity. Die schöne Altstadt Köpenick ist ebenfalls ca 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, die nächste S-Bahn ist die S-Köpenick (S3) mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße, etc). Die S-Bahn Schöneweide Richtung Neukölln kann mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden. Ein Kaufland ist in direkter Nähe. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. REWE, ALDI, Denn's) sind an der S-Bahn.
