1 room apartment of 65m² in Berlin

I am looking for someone who would like to live in my beautiful old apartment from mid-November to mid-February. The apartment has two very spacious rooms (living room and bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with a bathtub, and a beautiful balcony. All rooms are very cozy, and the living room has a large L-shaped sofa where you can comfortably watch movies with a projector. The apartment is located on a beautiful street in Neukölln, almost opposite the Neukölln Arcaden, which is very convenient for grocery shopping, going to the gym, going to the pharmacy, etc. The living room faces the street (which is not too busy), and the bedroom is very quiet for sleeping as it is located in the backyard. The apartment's heating is quite good, and it doesn't take too much heating power to warm up the apartment, as it doesn't get too cold in winter. Price: 1200EUR per month Deposit: 600EUR (will be refunded if everything is in order with the apartment!) Only 1 single person or a couple would be considered. Parties are strictly NOT ALLOWED.
