1 room apartment of 35m² in Berlin

The apartment is located at the 4th floor of a newly renovated Altbau building. It's very quiet (situated in the back building with a view towards the inside courtyard) and a few minutes walk to Maybachufer and the metro stop Schönleinstr. (U8). There are plenty of nice cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment is bright and quiet. Wooden floors, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. High speed internet and an elevator are available. We lived in this building and area for many years and hope you'll enjoy it as much as we did.
