1 room apartment of 42m² in Berlin

We are excited to offer you our beautiful apartment on Glogauer Straße in Kreuzberg. The minimum rental period for the apartment is two months. The apartment is located between Paul-Linke-Ufer and Görlitzer Park - one of Berlin's most popular areas - in a Wilhelminian style building (“Berliner Altbau”) with all the classic features (wooden floors, stucco, original windows and doors). There are plenty of trendy cafés and restaurants nearby as well as local shops and supermarkets for grocery shopping. Our bright apartment is on the 1st floor, where you can sit on the balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of Glogauer St. The bedroom is located to the back of the building so it is nice and quiet at night. The closest bus stop (M29) is right outside the house, the closest underground station is about 15 minutes walking. From there, the underground will take you to Alexanderplatz in just 10 minutes, Berlin Central Station is 20 minutes away and you will need 30 minutes to get to the airport (BER). The apartment is super bright and furnished with, among other things, a large comfortable bed, WiFi, a washing machine, a wood decorated kitchen, lots of dishes and cutlery, a comfortable sofa bed, some of our favorite pictures, and everything else you need to live in Berlin. For anything you want to keep out of sight, there is a large built-in cupboard as well as a spacious cellar.
