1 room apartment of 69m² in Berlin

We are happy to offer you our newly furnished large apartment (with balcony!) on Sprengelstraße in the heart of Berlin, in the new trendy district of Sprengelkiez in Berlin-Weddingt - for at least two months if possible, but also longer. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on a narrow street with little traffic. The Gründerzeit old building consists of three parts: a front building, a middle building and a garden house and is very close to the Spree. Our apartment is on the 4th floor in the garden house. The subway Amrumer Straße is only an 8-minute walk from our apartment, and the nearest bus stop is only 3 minutes. From there you can be at the Zoological Garden in just 10 minutes. Also practical: The nearest Edeka supermarket is right in front of the door - just like great restaurants (our tip: the UUU!) and nice cafes (we especially like: Cafe Schadé!). The best bar: Freya Fuchs. The apartment is super bright and lovingly furnished - with a retro fridge, washing machine, a water cooker, a coffee machine, super fast WiFi, wood-decorated kitchen, large bed, lots of dishes, nice armchairs, nice pictures, flowers (please water them from time to time! 😊) and everything else otherwise needed for life in Berlin.
