1 room apartment of 49m² in Berlin

A very nice 2-room apartment in the Nordic Quarter of Prenzlauer Berg is currently available. The apartment is located in a quiet area on the ground floor of the side wing and has been completely renovated. Construction is currently being finalized, and the apartment is nearing completion. Therefore, the photos are still incomplete. More pictures will follow. ;) The apartment is fully furnished and offered for a two-month fixed term. A new, fully equipped kitchen has been installed, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and stove. A kettle and coffee machine are also provided. As you can see in the pictures, the bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway. The living room will be furnished with the sofa shown in the pictures and a large dining table. The bed pictured (160cm x 200cm) for the bedroom has been ordered but is not yet in the apartment. Therefore, there is no photo of the bedroom at this time. The rent is a flat rate, which includes all costs for heating, electricity, water, and internet. Registration is, of course, possible.
