(only allowed on the balcony) Animals are not allowed in the flat. The apartment is perfect for one person max for two people if they are a couple (only one bed available).The apartment is not suitable for living with children. (not child friendly furnished) No tenant change within the rental period – if necessary this needs to be discussed between the contractual parties. Rental period: min. 3 month – max 1 year Viewing the appartment in advance is possible. The area is a quiet and safe residential area.
