This beautiful apartment in Berlin Schöneberg, in the front building of a historical building, was newly planned and renovated in 2018. In the hallway, a floor-to-ceiling built-in unit in all green takes up functional elements such as a chamber with washing machine and wardrobe. Passing through it leads to the bathroom or - in the opposite direction - to the dressing area, which was placed in front of the bedroom. It is modern yet cosy, functional, artful, clean and very centrally located with perfect access to public transport, many cafés, restaurants, art-house cinemas, record shops, bookstores, etc. Our flat is well suited for couples, families on request and business travellers. The flat is our private flat, which we will rent for up to 4 years. At the moment it is adapted and furnished to our needs, but the furniture and room layout can be added to and changed in consultation with the tenant. Our wonderful flat has all the necessities you need: Washer/dryer, fast and reliable WIFI, MIELE fridge, dishwasher, high quality mattress/s to sleep and dream on. Around the corner there are bakery and cafés with perfect coffee. S- & U-Bahn as well as very important bus lines can be reached in a few minutes. Many buses leave just a few steps from the apartment building. One bus goes directly to the main station, one bus goes directly to the zoo, one bus goes directly to Potsdamer Platz and Alexanderplatz. The S-Bahn, which is about 4 min away from the flat, really takes you everywhere. The flat has a large eat-in kitchen and the highlight: a wood-burning stove, for which we can provide the wood.
