It’s located in the best area in Berlin not far away from Kantstraße and Kurfürstendamm with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities. It’s one of the chicest and most beautiful areas in Berlin. Currently the house facade is renovated, so the balcony can’t be used until the end of September.
