The living room has two comfortable, pull-out sofa beds, a sound bar and a modern flat-screen TV as well as flat furniture with sufficient storage space. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wall unit with a variety of storage options. Notes: The rental fee depends on the number of people: 1-2 people pay 1400 €, 3-4 people pay 1800 €. The rental fee includes all operating costs also heating, (hot)-water and electricity - provided that these are within the normal consumption range (corresponding to the average values ​​of the public Berlin utilitiy companies for 2-person-households).
