The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator in a very quiet yet very central location in the Kollwitzkiez neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment has a cozy living room and a bedroom with a double bed, both with access to a balcony. The large, fully equipped kitchen with dining table even has a second balcony with a view of the greenery. There is also a bright bathroom with natural light. Everything is fully furnished and ready to move in. Numerous excellent restaurants, cafes, and bars, as well as a wide range of shopping options, are just a few minutes' walk away. Perfect for couples or individuals looking for a nice temporary home for 2.5 months. The rent is €2,000 per month (February and April pro-rated, of course) with all utilities included.
