The apartment is ideal for families, academics, or professionals working from home. The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and espresso machine with a separate grinder. Cozy living room with sofa and armchair. From the living room and bedroom, you can access the large balcony, which gets sun almost all day. Three bedrooms: double bedroom, children's room with single bed, study with sofa bed (double). Two full-fledged home office workstations: one with a sit-stand desk and a large external monitor, one with a regular desk and monitor. Two bathrooms: one with a shower, one with a large bathtub.
