English: Bright apartment directly at Mauerpark. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is a large balcony on the same floor as the apartment and a large rooftop terrace on top. You can access the flat by elevator. Sonos sound system is in all rooms and a large beamer with Netflix is to be found in the living room. Washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom. The apartment is very bright because it faces south, so you get sunlight almost all day long. Electric sunblinds are installed on all windows. The Mauerpark is directly at your doorstep. Since the street is a one-way street, it is also very quiet. You'll find a gas barbecue on the balcony. Public transportation: Gesundbrunnen station is about a 12-minute walk away (great for getting to the airport quickly with the FEX), but you can also walk to the U8 or U2 in about 10 minutes each. The main train station is about a 10-minute drive away. There is an Aldi 2 minutes away and a Rewe 10 minutes away. German: Helle Wohnung direkt am Mauerpark. Ein Sonos Sound System ist in der ganzen Wohnung vorhanden und im Wohnzimmer ist ein Beamer vorhanden. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Wohnung ist super hell, da sie nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, so dass man so gut wie den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Elektrische Sonnenrollos sind an allen Fenstern vorhanden. Der Mauerpark mit vielen Spielplätzen ist direkt vor der Haustür. Da die Straße eine Einbahnstraße ist, ist es auch super ruhig. Auf dem Balkon ist ein Gasgrill vorhanden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmit Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen ist ca. 12 min zu Fuß entfernt (gut, um mit dem FEX super schnell zum Flughafen zu kommen), aber man kann auch zu Fuß zur U8 oder U2 in jeweils ca. 10 min. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ca. 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt einen Aldi 2 min entfernt und einen Rewe in 10 min.
