1 room apartment of 50m² in Berlin

English: This 2-room apartment is located in a quiet part of Friedrichshain. With windows on three sides of the building and on the top floor, it gets lots of light, even in winter, and is one of the coziest apartments I've lived in so far. The location is a special one in Berlin—while being centrally located and well-connected (Ostbahnhof is a few minutes' walk away), the area is an oasis of calm, and feels like you're in a small suburban pocket of the busy city. A few minutes' cycle will take you to vibey parts of Friedrichshain or Kreuzberg. And if clubbing is your thing, Berghain is a quick walk away. The place has warm parquet floors (that I sanded and varnished when I moved in), soft lighting, lots of plants, a fully-fitted kitchen, an espresso machine, and many supermarkets very nearby (there's actually an Edeka on the same block). German: Diese 2-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Teil von Friedrichshain. Mit Fenstern an drei Seiten des Gebäudes und im obersten Stockwerk ist sie auch im Winter sehr hell und gehört zu den gemütlichsten Wohnungen, in denen ich bisher gewohnt habe. Die Lage ist etwas Besonderes in Berlin – obwohl sie zentral gelegen und gut angebunden ist (der Ostbahnhof ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt), ist die Gegend eine Oase der Ruhe und vermittelt das Gefühl, sich in einem kleinen Vorort der geschäftigen Stadt zu befinden. Mit dem Fahrrad sind Sie in wenigen Minuten in den lebhaften Stadtteilen Friedrichshain oder Kreuzberg. Und wenn Sie gerne in Clubs gehen, ist das Berghain nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.
