Volkspark Friedrichshain is reachable within five minutes, providing greenery and ample space for outdoor activities. Supermarkets such as REWE and LIDL, are situated at your doorstep. The location is also well-connected. The Bus 200 stops directly in front of the building, providing a direct link to Alexanderplatz (in 10 min). The tram line M10 is within five minutes walk, while two S-Bahn stops are accessible within fifteen minutes walk, offering transit via the Ringbahn. The interior is designed for comfort and functionality. The living room features a spacious sofa-bed and a standing desk for a productive home-office environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and induction hob. The bedroom contains a king-size bed with integrated storage, supplemented by a dedicated walk-in dressing room.
