1 room apartment of 60m² in Berlin

English: Hi, I’ll be travelling for around 6 months and would like to rent out my apartment during that time. The period is flexible, but ideally from January 1st, 2026 for 6 months – possibly a bit longer. The place is very central and beautiful, with a fireplace and a piano – perfect for cozy evenings or anyone who enjoys music. German: Hallo, ich werde für etwa 6 Monate verreisen und möchte meine Wohnung in dieser Zeit untervermieten. Der Zeitraum ist etwas flexibel, aber idealerweise ab dem für 6 Monate – eventuell auch etwas länger. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und wunderschön. Es gibt außerdem einen Kamin und ein Klavier – perfekt, wenn du Musik liebst oder einfach gemütliche Abende magst.
